A California based firm, Zventus, is developing and testing new blockchain products in hopes to reduce the cost of loans for financial organizations by 50%. The president of the firm stated, "There's no doubt in blockchain's ability to disrupt the mortgage industry.
The State Heritage Museum revealed as NFT collection that included Leonardo Da Vinci, Claude Monet, Giorgione, Vincent Van Gogh, and Wassily Kandinsky. Although the NFT's are signed by the General Director of the State Heritage Museum, they are not much different from the original works. The owner's of the NFTs will have no claim over the original pieces.

Arizona Iced Tea official twitter revealed a Bored Ape Yacht Club comic #1 that is for sale for .04ETH and is selling 10,000 copies. This is different from Slim Jim, Axe, Burger King, etc.. who used Doge's image for marketing. Bore Ape is a company so Arizona had to negotiate a deal with them to collaborate in marketing.

Monthly active users have grown 19x within the past year. MetaMask believes their growth came from rise of DeFi protocols, larger adoption of Ethereum smart contracts(NFTs), and its own token swap.

Arbitrum is a layer 2 scaling solution to Ethereum and they will help lower gas fees by processing transactions on a side chain. The side chain uses rollups and then settles transactions on Ethereum's main net.
